Second MINOS Newsletter

The MINOS (acronym for MagIc Numbers Off Stability) development enters its last year. The major parts of the device are now existing in a prototype stage. The next phase (next year) will consist in commissioning, improving if necessary, and associating the different sub-parts of the compact MINOS target-TPC device.
