First SHE Collaboration meeting

Members of the newly formed SHE Collaboration met at GSI to discuss the organizational structure and steps towards joining NUSTAR as additional sub-collaboration. As a first step, a Collaboration Board was formed and during the meeting, the collaboration members elected a Spokesperson (Rolf-Dietmar Herzberg, Univ. Liverpool), a Deputy Spokesperson (Michael Block, GSI) and a Technical Coordinator (Alexander Yakushev, GSI).

The NUSTAR Collaboration Committee recently endorsed the SHE Collaboration’s science case during the NUSTAR Week 2014 in Valencia. The SHE collaboration will meet again at the next NUSTAR Annual meeting 2015.
